1. Have someone take three photos of each eye; one photo of the top and bottom of the tongue; and one photo of fingernails. See photo tips below.
NOTE: Everyone is afraid their eyes aren’t good enough. Please get the best picture you can and send it. You will be surprised by what Angel can see.
2. Email the photos to AngelAHFS@gmail.com. (Angel must have the eyes at least 48 hours before the appointment or the appt will be rescheduled).
3. Schedule and pay for your appointment below (blue button). Angel will call you on the phone number you provide at the appropriate time.

Please make sure you put your correct time zone.
When you receive confirmation, it may say the assessment is at the store. If the assessment says “telehealth,” it will be a phone call or and you can ignore the street address.
4. During the appointment, Angel will discuss the results with you and answer any questions you may have. (Make sure to have a list of questions ready). Unless the person is physically unable, the person who is having the assessment needs to be on the phone call.
5. After discussion and questions, Angel will type up a list of recommendations and email them to you through our online store (Fullscript). (Expect delivery within about one hour of the appointment) You will have access to buy the supplements through that same portal. All items on the website are discounted by 10% (that includes some items that aren’t 10% off in our brick-and-mortar store). Orders $50 or more receive free shipping. (Recommendations will only be sent through the portal due to time considerations.)
Once the assessment is complete, no refunds will be given.
Photo Tips:
Use indoor daylight
Stand sideways from any window (facing the window will cause glare)
You can put the camera on a counter or have someone else hold the camera
Hold the upper and lower eyelids open to make the entire iris (the color part of the eye) visible
