Here are some things to keep in mind with international shipping:

• The cost is based on weight and mail class.  Free shipping is never available.

• IMPORTANT: Since there are many factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee shipping times, nor can we control how customs will treat a package.  We will attempt to assist patients who experience problems, but in limited cases we may encounter undeliverable addresses as well as significant, unavoidable delays.

• We ship using the U.S. Postal Service, so our ability to track packages after they leave the U.S. is dependent on tracking data available from the USPS, which is not always complete.

• We will declare the contents as “health and beauty products.” 

• We will include a packing list in the box that does not show prices.

• Because our address fields are currently configured for U.S. addresses, patients will have to do their best to get all of their address information into the available fields, and we’ll format appropriately when shipping.
